Terms of Service

Agreement

By using AI Crochet Maker you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. "We" and "us" mean AI Crochet Maker; "you" means the person using the service.

What the service does

AI Crochet Maker turns a text idea into a structured crochet pattern. A deterministic compiler and validator check the stitch math before a pattern is shown. The service also provides materials, assembly notes, an interactive row counter, and printable PDFs.

AI output is a starting point. Yarn, tension, hook size, and technique affect the finished object. We do not guarantee that a finished item will match a concept image or an expected size.

Accounts

You are responsible for your account credentials and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information and tell us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

Acceptable use

You may not use the service to:

• reproduce copyrighted characters, logos, or trademarks you do not have rights to use;
• generate content that is unlawful, hateful, or intended to harass;
• resell, sublicense, or redistribute the service itself;
• attempt to bypass the paywall, scrape private patterns, or disrupt the service;
• upload malware or attempt unauthorised access.

We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these rules.

Licenses

• Free preview: personal evaluation only. The full pattern is not included.
• Single Unlock: a personal-use license for the unlocked pattern and its PDF. You may make finished items for yourself or as gifts. You may not resell, share, or repackage the pattern or PDF.
• Pro: a commercial license for finished items made from patterns you generate while subscribed. You may sell finished physical items. You may not resell the pattern files themselves, share your account, or redistribute PDFs.

Patterns generated from third-party intellectual property remain your responsibility. We may refuse prompts that clearly request protected characters.

Payments and refunds

Prices are shown at checkout and may change. Subscriptions renew until cancelled. You can cancel from your account; access continues until the end of the paid period.

Digital patterns and PDFs are delivered immediately. Because they cannot be returned, refunds are considered case by case:

• if a PDF has not been downloaded, you may request a refund within 7 days;
• if a pattern has a reproducible stitch-math or delivery defect, contact us and we will repair or replace it;
• duplicate charges and unauthorised transactions will be reviewed and refunded where appropriate.

Availability and changes

We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Features, limits, and pricing may change. We may suspend generation when a provider is unavailable or when usage threatens service stability.

Intellectual property

The service, compiler, validator, templates, and site content belong to us or our licensors. You retain rights to the ideas and text you submit. You grant us the limited rights needed to process your request, store your patterns, and provide support.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability for a claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited by law.

Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations, fraud, or legal requirements. Provisions that by nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable to our place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Mandatory consumer protections in your country still apply.
